So come with me and we are going to show some tips. Here we go. How to use an Exercise Bike? Fenny, you are going to demonstrate us.
Can you please? First of all, make sure your feet are fitting to the strap. Nice and tied, the strap here. And then make sure your seat is in on a right level for you.
So your legs have to be fully extended, no over extended, just fully extended. Then, you get the whole range of the movement. Start driving for me.
Nice and easy! So this bike got quick start button. You just press it and then you can select the workout. Hence in this case, we are going to do manual and here we go.
Okay. Many ways to use this bike: you can use for endurance, you can use for fat burning or uphill, strength and many other different features. Only in this case we start for morning walk.
So that can give you idea, what you can play with it. So right now, you are going to do one spring, Fenny, as fast as you can. Good, good, good! So let's say you did the minute sprint and then we will do after you slow down but increase the resistance.
Keep going, keep going girl! It would be the same feeling of going uphill when you choose stealth-hill. So let's say you did a minute uphill work and heal out those muscles. So you decrease the level, recover yourself for a minute, then repeat the process.
There's going to be good way to get manual workout for your machine. So you can do one minute sprint or two minutes sprint, two minutes uphill or more. So just play with the level.
Yeah, give yourself a challenge. Okay. Also this machine, you have a heart rate monitor.
So if you grab your hands tight, it is going to give a heart rare breathing. Okay. So it is always good after your workout, give yourself a cool down, decrease the level, just let the blood flow.
Now, you see its movement. You can stop! After workout, always make sure to have a good stretch. That's all for today. See you! .
