You will need

• Powder eyeshadow
• Eyeliner brush
• Cream eyeliner

Step 2:

Use a brush with a short hair span for ease of control, and a pointed end to create flicks and get the eyeliner between the lashes.

Step 3:

Eyeliner brushes can be used with eye shadow or cream eyeliner.

Step 4:

When using an eyeshadow, wet the brush and use the edge of the powder

Step 5:

Remove the excess from the brush on the back of your hand

Step 6:

Sweep the brush across the lashline from the inner corner outwards

Step 7:

Rest your elbow on a table to steady your hand

Step 8:

Use the fine point of the brush in between the individual hairs
