Today, I'm going to show you how to use Bergamot oil. Bergamot oil has a lovely uplifting and refreshing fragrance and it's actually used to flavour Earl Grey tea. Today, I'm going to show you how to use Bergamot oil by making some bath tea bags.

You will need two tablespoons of the herbs of your choice. I've here chosen Calendula and Chamomile. You need Bergamot oil, some ribbon, an elastic band and a square of Muslin to make the bath tea bag.

For the first step, we're going to add five drops of Bergamot oil to our herb blend. Just give that a mix, just to make sure it's evenly distributed. Next, we're just going to add the herb blend to the centre of your square of Muslin.

We can neaten the edges with pink inches to make it look a bit nicer, if you want to. Now, we're just going to gather up the four corners of the muslin, so the herbs are all in a nice little bunch like this. Then, we're going to take the elastic band and place that a couple of times around the fabric to secure the herbs nicely inside.

Okay, so then you've got your basic bath tea bag. Next, we're going to add some ribbon. And this just makes it look a little bit nicer.

And if you wanted to, you can actually use the ribbon, if you leave it a little bit longer, to hang over the taps of your bath when you use them. Just tie that into a nice little bow. Now, the reason we tie the herbs in the Muslin is so that you don't get a lot of herbs floating around in the bath because they can block up the plughole.

And if you wanted to, you can just finish the edges, you could just trim those off a little bit. Now, these make lovely gifts as well. And here's your finished bath tea bag.

And that's how you use Bergamot oil. .
