How To Use Hair Rods

In this Videojug guide Hollie Liernan, professional hair stylist, shows you how to use hair rods, or perm rods.

Section the hair into three parts; one in the middle of the head, and one on either side of the head.
Curl the hair rods away from the face.
If you want a tight curl, do smaller sections of hair and leave them in for a longer period; if you want more of a relaxed curl, use larger sections of hair and don't leave them in for so long.
You can curl the rods above the face forward to give you a more 80s look.
