Today, I am going to show you how to do the kettlebell. Kettlebell is very simple. Its not a big mystery like everybody's thinking.
Basically, a dumbell with weights concentrating in the middle instead of the sides. You can be creative and create different exercises as long as you follow one simple rule. Any natural movement can be enhanced as long as it is natural.
Do not try something too fancy, something unnatural, so if you stick to the rule, you can get stronger and keep it safe. I have one kettlebell here, like I said, the main gravity is on the middle, so not like the dumbbells on the sides. What I am going to do? I'm going to get a friend here and show you how to do it.
A very basic simple one, the most popular one. So weight pointing down, bend your knees, chest open, back straight, all the way down. Good.
It's a big compound exercise, so that works for your shoulder, your back, your squats, your glutes, so many muscles, that means more calories burn, more calories burn, the more weight you loose. That's good. Take a little breath, yeah.
