Install the Pinterest app via the iTunes store. Click on the icon to go to the home screen of the app. The first screen enables you to take photographs. If you're using the latest iPhone, you can take pictures from front and back. You can pin the picture directly to Pinterest. If you decide you don't want to take a photograph, you can click on the cross and you'll be returned to the home screen.

Your profile page shows you your boards. You click on them to edit on the iPhone itself. The home page shows the users and boards you are following. The 'Activity' option shows your recent interactions and followers.
