With the increase in usage of text messages in our lives, it becomes important to do it quick and fast. This video would show you the use of predictive text feature of your mobile phone to help you save time by sending text with half the efforts.
We are going to look at how to send a predictive text message. Most phones support predictive text. Now start by going into the messaging menu.
And this gives you different menus. And go to input methods. And Smart ABC', this phone calls its text smart so I will select that and press OK'.
And then start typing.
And the important thing with predictive text is not to look at where it is going along, just remember what you have typed. And I press 4 for the H', it is second naturally so I get an I' because the shortest word you can get out of just that is I'.
Like in I am' but I want a Hello' so I type 3 to get the 'e' and it has worked out the 'H' in the beginning. Then I type 5 to get the 'l' and it has gone to a ' but if I type 'l' again then it has worked out. I have 'Hell' and then I press 6 to get 'Hello'.
And the important way to tell the phone that you have got to the end of the word is a space.
Other things that you can do is you can cycle through the modes it is in. Whether it is in predictive text, whether it is in capitals or lower case, by using the button in the bottom right hand corner.
So that has gone into all capitals. That is going into all lower case and there is a multi tap that is effective. And they since it is a Chinese phone, it gives you an option of couple of different Chinese things, all numbers and back to predictive letters.
