How To Use The Address Book In Your Ipod

Learn how to use this truly useful feature of your iPod with VideoJug's help. Not only does your iPod store all your music, photos and videos, but it will help you organise your contacts for use on the go.

Step 1: You will need

ipod, a USB connector cable or dock and a computer with at least iTunes version 4.8 on it.

Step 2: Get Connected

Connect one end of your USB connector cable or dock into the bottom of your iPod and the other end into an open USB port on your computer.


Wait for iTunes to automatically launch.

Step 3: Open Contacts

Click on the Contacts tab in the iPod Preferences window in your iTunes.

Check the "Sync Address Book contacts" checkbox to turn the feature on.

Step 4: Add Contacts

Now, you can enter in all your contacts and they will be saved in your iTunes and iPod.

After you have entered in all your contacts, disconnect the USB or dock connector from your iPod.

Now, you'll have your address book with you wherever you go.
