Step 1: Get Options

Go to the top of your Zune interface and click the "options" tab. Click "Zune Help" on the drop down menu. A separate "help" window will open.

Step 2: Search Away

Clicking the "Contents" tab allows you to search by general subject, clicking the "Index" tab allows you to search terms alpahbetically, and clicking the "search" tab allows you to search the help database. Now that you know how to get help…Click with confidence and get the most out of your Zune.
