How to Use a Paintball Gun: Paintball is fast catching on as one of the most popular sports around the world. Learn how to correctly use a Paintball gun and get familiarized with the technical parts that make up a standard model.
Hi guys, My name is Tommy Pemberton. I'm here with UK Paintball in South London. We are out in the woods today and I want talk to you about Paintball.
Right now, I want to show you guys how to use a Paintball gun. First up, we got a standard Grendel gun here. It's an inferno Paintball gun and you'll see these in most Paintball films when you go and play Paintball for a stack day or a rental day or something like that.
First up, we have the air system that's attached to the gun that's going to be filled. Air comes up through into the gun, all sorts of technical things happen and you pull the trigger here to shoot the Paintball out on the front. With this feed tube at the top, what we're going do is, if you have a loader as well, the loader will just push into the top and you can clip the lid like that, and that's where you'll actually feed the paintballs into there and it'll come down into the gun.
So when you pull the trigger, the paint will be ready, the paint will shoot out on the front. What this is, let me say this is a basic Paintball marker. It's run on compressed air.
A lot of them run on CO2 as well so that going up through there, we have all sorts of levels of Paintball guns. Here, we have a Dye NT. This is the most advanced Paintball marker out on the market at the moment.
This is actually an electronic gun as well. So with this, it has a circuit board in the grip. It has a nine volt battery that runs on micro switch triggers as well, okay.
So instead of having the mechanical guns that have a very sort of strong pit trigger pull and quite hard to shoot quickly, these guns are incredibly easy to shoot quickly and you can get speeds of about ten to fifteen to twenty bolts per second hour easily. Also with the loader, we have a rotor loader here. It's also electronic, so instead of just being gravity fed and paint falling down into the gun as we would with a standard gun, this one actually pushes paint down into the gun so as quickly as the gun will shoot the loader, will feed it so you can hit with a really really high rate of fire.
Also again, we got an air system here. It works in the same way, it comes up through into the gun, probably see paint comes out on the front. So that's it. .
