Hi, guys. My name's Tommy Pemberton, I'm here with UK Paintball in South London. We're out in the woods today, and I want to talk to you about paintball.

We've just stepped out into the gun rack, we're just about to go and play paintball out in the woods as well. So first thing we need to do is get our goggles on. So what we're going to do is most goggles have 2 strap adjusters at the back of the goggles.

We're going to literally grab one of those in each hand, and pull it so it's a bit tighter. From doing that, we're to grab the goggles and open them up and slide them onto my head. From here, I'm going to grab both of those adjusters like that and basically just pull them tighter on the back of my head.

So I'm going to pull them away from themselves and I want it to be a really really securely fit around the bridge of my nose, and primarily around the bridge of my nose just so when I'm breathing, my hot air from my mouth isn't going to come straight out and straight up into my lens. If it's tight fit around there, then hopefully the air will come and send it straight out through the bottom of the goggles. If the hot air comes up into the lens, then there's a good chance that my lens is going to steam up so make sure the fit of your goggle is real real tight.

I like to make sure it's really tight so when I'm running around out there trying to make moves and make things happen, it's not jumping around on my face and it's just literally nice and secure on my face, and I think the more secure it is, the more comfortable for me it feels. So you know, get out there, have a test of it, make sure they're nice and tight on your face. Get a friend to actually tighten them up for you if you can't reach, but make sure that they're nice and snug on your face because then, I don't think you'll have any worries when you're out there.

So with my goggles, like any paintball site, as soon as we get out into the game zone, we're going to have to keep our goggles on so you need to make sure they are comfortable, they're fitting right and they feel good and the lens is clean and all that stuff. So when we're out there, there's going to be no place to take our goggles off until the referees tell us. So we're going to play the game and probably play it out and then, they'll take us to a safe zone like this, that's all netted up and then, we should be able to take our goggles off again But until then, we've got to keep them on our face.

Obviously, safety is the primary concern with all of this. So as long as we keep our goggles on, then everyone is going to have a safe and fun day. .
