How To Wear Green Eyeshadow

Hello, my name is Karla Barchieri. I am a freelance makeup artist and today, I am going to show you few makeup tips. I am going to show you how to wear green eye shadow.

My model already has a shade of green eye shadow on her face but she wants to make it more wearable, and this is a look that can be really for going out for an important dinner, for something that you feel you have to glam up. And for that, to make it more wearable, we are going to contour the eye and just make base makeup more intense. Okay, so right where her eye shadow ends, I am just going to contour where the socket line is and just going to put in a little bit of black.

That's going to accentuate the end of her eye and just pretty much going to make a strong connection between these two colours, okay. So, with my blending brush, I'm just going to bring this down just okay so you have a stronger look already. Okay, next thing you are going to do is you grab your highlighter several shades lighter.

You highlight with and you just place it right at the beginning of your eye, just place it there, don't sweep too much with it, just place it there, dab a little with it, excellent. Okay, and now, just go on the brow bone and again highlight that area, okay. Close your eyes for me please.

Okay then, you see right away that this look is already taking shape. So with your black eye shadow, make it again standout, lovely. Okay, apply your eyeliner, I am going to use a pencil liner for this.

Close your eyes for me, please and I am pretty much going to follow her lash line from outwards. I am going to the center of the eye from the inside of the eye. I am going again into the center in very short strokes.

I am doing this and making sure I am as close to the lash line as possible and the reason why I am doing this, you know, without evenness is because I am going to smoke this out and I am just going to make sure I am hack with it, when I get my brush, just make sure that I smudge the color to make it stronger. Excellent! Open your eyes for me, please. That's looking lovely.

Close your eyes again, please. Okay, open. So, now that I am happy with that, I will just apply my mascara.

You can still put more layers if you want to, of mascara, it's up to you how strong you want this to look or even you can apply fake eyelashes, it's up to you, okay. And after you have done that, you can let me see. Lovely! Okay, I think I am very happy with this.

Remember that you are going to also clean the face. Make sure that your eyebrows look nice, that you contour your face as well and that will happen pretty much with your look. What I am doing right here is just very quickly cleaning a little bit of fallout but overall, I am really happy with this eye, okay, just get my powder really quickly just to go over it.
