How To Win At Rock Paper Scissors

Step 1: The Game

Two players, three possible throws: Rock (closed fist), Paper (hand flat) or Scissors (top two index fingers extended). Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beats Paper and Paper beats Rock. Note: throwing paper vertically is seen as bad form in competitive RPS play.

Step 2: The Strategy

If you want to succeed at this intense game of the mind, you've got to strategize. Sometimes psyching out your opponents with subliminal tactics can give you an edge up.
It's also important to know your opponent. For instance, women throw scissors first 60%-80% of the time.

Step 3: The Training

Get yourself a mentor. There are trainers like Master Rosh, who can teach you the skills you need for pro competition.
