Now, I'm going to show you some exercises to work out your abs. It's important to remember though, if you are already holding a quite a bit of body fat, you can do all the sit up and abs exercise in the world, you actually see more definition. So if you are a bit overweight, look for general kind of weight training or general fat loss cardio program that will make more difference.

However, if you're quite slim or you want to get stronger abs rectus abdominals, these muscles here, then I will show you two fantastic exercises. First is a Swiss ball sit up, this one is really good because you have a full range of movement across your abdominals. My feet I have in the floor, I'm putting them underneath some dumbbells so it stays secure or you can have a friend holding for you.

Start of straight, my bum is on the end of the ball, slowly go down and up. If you note, it just goes down and stretching out by abs. The next exercise that we're going to do is basket hand, over here, this works mainly your lower abs.

Stand straight, your hand and slowly lift up and down. You can do it holding like this, also gets your shoulders a bit of work out. Now, I advise if you do more than 10 times, it will be easy for you so I recommend adding some resistance.

For this one, you can lock in a dumbbell under your feet and this exercise, the Swiss ball hold a plate across the chest. You always want to make exercises tough, hard less than 15 minutes if you want to build the muscles. So that's some tips on working out your abs.
