Hi, my name is Reena. I'm from Nail Creations and I'm going to show you how to create nail art designs, nice and simple. I'd like to show you how to work on bitten nails.

If you have a nail bed that's quite short like this, we can actually use a tip application to extend it. What we're going to do is we're going to literally file off the top layer of the nail bed, it only takes the shine off, it's not actually damaging the natural nail. We're going to find a tip that fits and position it literally just on the end of the nail.

I'm going to glue that down by using resin, position it, I'm going to position the glue where the groove is. And twist it over and then we're going to place it down to extend the nail, hold that for a couple of seconds. Once that sets, we're going to spray it dry using a hurry up dryer, and position it again.

Once that's applied, we can now cut it down to the length that we want it to extend, so not too long. And then we're going to file off the ends to make sure the corners are not sharp. Then get the dusting brush to make sure there's no dust on the ends, and then we're going to do the nail art on top.

And that's how to extend a bitten nail. .
