How To Wrap An Awkward Shaped Gift
Arona Khan shows us how to wrap an awkward shaped gift. A perfect video for all those gifts that aren't square or round!
Step 1: You will need
Step 2: Use handmade paper
Using a sheet of handmade wrapping paper, place the mug in the centre of the paper. Turn the handle to face you.
Top tip - Handmade paper like this mulberry paper is ideal for awkward shaped gifts as it is flexible and will mould itself to the shape of the gift.
Step 3: Gather
Bring the short sides of the paper over the gift and hold in place. Then at one side of the present, bring the back and front pieces together and bring them into the centre bit by bit. Repeat on the other side.
Step 4: Tie up
Tie some curling ribbon around the gathered paper to secure it. Then Trim. Pinch the paper at the top together and trim to a point. Then spread out.
