Hypnosis: Improve Your Creativity
http://www.hypnobusters.com presents a free sample of their work. This is a short (10 min) version of the Improve Your Creativity Hypnosis session.
This recording has been especially recorded by the professional hypnotherapist and musician Jon Rhodes. He has used both his areas of expertise to produce the ultimate hypnosis audio. His soothing voice and mellow music is guaranteed to relax you into a deep and comforting trance, calming both your body and mind.
This particular audio aims to enhance your powers of creativity. This is useful for writers, musicians, painters, marketers, indeed anyone who wishes to enhance their creative flow. It is well known that creativity is greatly enhanced when you have a relaxed and 'quiet' mind. This probably explains why Archimedes cried "eureka" when relaxing in the bath!
Hypnotherapy is great for relaxing the conscious mind, allowing the more powerful and creative subconscious mind to flow freely.
Step 1: HynoBusters session for creativity.
Hello! Welcome to your HynoBusters session for creativity. This hypnosis session aims to change you mindset into that of a creative person. It is then up to you to practice and develop this skill. So let's begin the session.
Step 2: Get yourself comfortable:
I would like you to get yourself comfortable. I would like to relax your eyes and allow you eyes to close, and as you close your eyes you can let go and relax, let go and relax all of the tension in your head, deeply relax. Allow you jaw muscles to deeply relax. Allow all of the muscles in you neck to deeply relax, and allow all the muscles in your shoulders to deep down gently relax, and as you continue to stay deeply relaxed, you may soon find that your mind begins to wander and it doesn't matter where you drift, where you go. My voice will go with you.
Step 3: Responding:
My voice will travel along with you so that you will continue to respond to me on an unconscious level no matter where you are and in a few moments time you will hear me say the word, "now", and every time you hear me say the word "now", all unnecessary nervous tension will be removed from your body, and your body will become more and more deeply relaxed and comfortable. In fact, your body is going to feel so pleasantly comfortable, there will be times when you will not even be aware of your body so ready.
Step 4: Uscles relax:
I would like you to now allow every muscle in your body to relax. A very pleasant, slightly warm sensation may very soon begin to spread. This warm sensation spreading from your chest and shoulders and out of your whole body. I would like you to now let this wonderful feeling go all the way down, down through your body, down to your fingertips, and down to your toes.
Step 5: Noting new ideas:
New ideas are like rabbits dashing through our consciousness. They are quick and fleeting. If you do not grab hold of them quickly, they are gone. Many artists carry sketch pads wherever they go. Writers and advertisers carry note pads or pocket computers. You must put yourself in challenging situations where you have never before been. Take a course or read a book about a subject you know nothing about. Visit new places, meet new people, get a new job, take up a new hobby. In a hypnotic or metaphysical state, it is far easier to think in a creative way.
Step 6: Focus on breathing:
I would like to focus on your breathing. Count your breaths until you reach 10. When you have reached 10, simply start all over again at 1. Keep repeating this process, and as you focus on your breathing, allow your mind to quieten. Allow you mind to empty.
Step 7: Enjoy the quieter state:
Enjoy this quieter state and I would like to observe how ideas leap into your conscious mind without any effort at all, almost like your thoughts are coming from somewhere else. Simply continue to focus on your breathing. The more empty your mind becomes, the more room there is for thoughts to leap out from the unconscious. Continue with this process for as long as you wish. Simply focus on your breathing.
Step 8: Wake when appropriate:
Allow yourself to wake up, to wake up at a time that is appropriate for you. If you find you have any ideas that you recognize as useful, then you can wake up, write them down, and then quickly return back to this deeply relaxing hypnotic state. Enjoy this process for as long as you wish. Getting more and more creative ideas, getting more and more creative skills.
