Eating healthy food is really important, especially when you're still growing. We show kids and teenagers how you can eat healthily without losing your cool.
Step 1: Why bother?
Your body needs fuel to function, especially while it's still growing.
Step 2: Fuel for life
The major food groups are proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Your body needs all three, but in a balance.
Micronutrients are Vitamins and Minerals. Your body gets these from fruit and veg and they are essential for Your wellbeing.
Step 3: Foods to skip
Avoid caffeine, as well as excessive sugar and salt.
Step 4: Mix it up
Get involved with cooking. Tell your parents what kind of food you like to eat, and help prepare meals.
Step 5: Try new things
Try new fruits and vegetables, experiment with different combinations

Eating healthy makes you look and feel better
Tips & Comments
Never feed your children or teens sweet sodas or any junk food what so ever. Sweets should be for birthdays and holidays only; serving them homemade dessert only occasionally.
