Hi, and welcome to this week's Screw the Gym video. Today you'll be learning what muscle groups are used in the lap dance position. In this position, we're using a yoga ball, which results in a greater workout because of the balance your muscles require, but feel free to use a chair or the end of your bed if the ball is too intense for you.

Get in the Lap Dance position

The male begins by sitting on the ball, and the female mounts his lap one leg at a time. She can either hold on to her man tight, or lean backwards, balancing herself using her arms. This is a great ab workout for the ladies. The male uses his abs and legs to balance himself and his partner on the ball. He uses his arms to keep the girl upright, and moaning. And hey, don't forget that you're sitting on a ball. Bouncing around makes it a lot more fun... Trust us.
