LG Viewty Muvee Studio Editing Suite, Part One

Step 1: Welcome to mobile phone training:

Step 2: The lock key:
As always, what you need to do with the LG Viewty is to press your lock key twice on the side of the phone, and once to bring the phone to life, and obviously once again to unlock the handset.
Step 3: Muvee studio:
So here we are with the LGVT. Now to get into this menu, or the system here. What you need to do, you can see from the bottom, you've got the menu options at the bottom there on the home screen that shows shortcuts. We hit menu. We go into multi-media, which is the second one. I like to call this the multi-media menu. Because this is where all your my stuff, this is where all your photos, your videos, your sound recordings, your mp3 songs. This is where it's all hidden. So you like to get these options here, you should see something called Muvee Studio. Now depending on which network variant you have, it will depend on where it is inside this list. But the generic version used by 02, it's actually on here so we can hit Muvee Studio.
Step 4: Inserting videos:
Muvee Studio is pretty simple. Depending on which effects you get, or which transition, or which kind of star you choose for your videos. Will depend on how many videos you can use to insert inside there. So, let's explain what you've got here. So here is, this is like our story board is what they call it in media terms. This is the story board where all your picture are going to be, and as you can see, you can add up to ten in this kind of transition. You've got some options here, like these sub-menu options here. You've got 'Play Sequential' you can choose on auto or random. Auto is obviously the order you select them in. Random means any kind of random. 'Save location' pretty simple enhance store and memory card. 'Music type' use to say, we use to send. It will make a file as small as possible obviously to make sure you can send it on wire picture messaging and so forth.
Step 5: Muvee style:
This option here allows us to choose a Muvee style, as LG call it. So you've got here ten pieces. It's on 'Classical' at the moment, which is ten pieces of video. You've got 'Forever' which is obviously a maximum of eight pieces. You've got 'Moody' which is seventeen. 'Modern' which is eighteen. And you've got another one which is called 'Musical' I believe, which is a maximum of sixteen.
Step 6: Classical:
So we're going to try quite a few of these. So let's go into 'Classical'. We'll hit 'Classical' and press Okay. If we press the plus button it takes us into the 'My Stuff' menu. We hit 'Images', and as you can see there, it's going to start to load up all the images that you have inside here. So I would probably choose, the Michelle Juvi's. What you probably notice here is that I don't have to keep going in and out, in and out. It will show you a tick box, where you can choose these. So all you have to do is highlight them. Highlight any of these. These random photos that I have on my phone. You can see that a count is going up. And we'll just choose one more so it's ten. Any one. That one will do. Okay. So once you've done that and you know you've hit quota, hit done. And it will start to load, and it will start to formulate all of these pictures into this story board for you. Depending on how many pictures you take, it takes a little while. So you've got here all your photos. And as you can see you can scroll up, and you can see all of them inside there. As you can see from down there. So, we can quickly press play just to have a quick preview. And it starts to analyse, and bring and build your 'Muvee Studio'. And here it is. Oh sorry, I pressed the wrong button. I'm going to press play again and turn the volume up on this one.
Step 7: Widescreen preview:
So as you can see it adds like a classical picture to it. If I save this, actually if I put it on random, the pictures. Press save. I'm going to save this and actually show this to you on wide screen. Because when you preview, I'm only showing you a small box. But the actual true affect comes in when your watching on wide screen. So this is going to formulate for me and start to put this in.
