Marilyn Monroe Make-Up, Part Two
This is Part two of two. A full make up tutorial, showing how to get a sexy, glamorous look just like Marilyn! You can use the techniques for any occasion. Presented to you by www.beautycastbabe.com
Step 1: Fabulously flirtly false eyelashes.
Now get ready for those fabulously flirtly false eyelashes. Before glueing the lashes make sure to measure them to your eye first. For this particular look were only going to apply the lashes to outer corner of the eyes. Bascially the false lashes should begin in the middle of the eye and reach the outer corner.
Step 2: Triming eye lashes.
Some lashes come pre-made to this length, but if the false lashes are to long you can trim them with the small scisorrs. Apply glue to the strip of the false lashes using the tip of a cosmetic brush or a cotton swab. Do not apply the glue directly to your eyelids. Accidently squirting mounds of glue on to your eyeball might not be the most glamorous look in the book.
Step 3: Blending the make-up:
Hold the lashes by the hairs and press the strip onto the eye lid as close to the natural lash line as possible, you might need to hold them on for a few seconds. Next, use your flat edged brush to line the upper lid with the black eye shadow. Brush the color on top of the flase eyelash strip. This will help the strip blend into the makeup and look less obvious. Make sure the line is evenly coated from the inner corner to the outer corner.
Step 4: Applying lipstick.
Add a little more charcoal color to the crease using a blending brush. Apply the color in a circular motion from the outer corner to the middle of the eye in the crease. Using a blush brush apply a pink blush to the apples of the cheeks in circular motions. Next, line the lips with a deep rose colored lip pencil. Be sure to fill in the corners of the lips. Then apply a deep red lipstick to the lips using a lip brush.
Step 5: The Marilyn Mole
Now its time for the trademark "Marilyn Mole". Draw on a black dot by using a gel cream liner or even black liquid eye liner. Its best to apply the mole just inside your laugh line so it dosent smear when you smile. What a great look. Its simple yet undeniably Marilyn; Hot and classy. Now if that doesnt get the camera snapping, nothing will. Be sure to get my good side boys.
Tips & Comments
It doens't look like Marilyn Monroe because 1.) She doesn't have the same innocence in her eyes that Marilyn had. 2.) Her head shape is rounder than Marilyns. No offense to the girl in the video, shes pretty. Shes no Marilyn though.
tht doesnt realyy look like marlyn manroe because of the wig they used
