This guy is really annoying and makes little basic mistakes anybody should be able to see. Like pumping the mascara in and out of the container? That's Mascara 101: Don't EVER do that - it dries out the mascara and makes it spoil quicker. What's with his use of the word "literally"? It's like he doesn't even know what the word means and is substituting it for "simply". Stuff like this annoys the hell out of me, especially when it's supposed to be educational.

Agree with Bunnyfish... don't pump your mascara. Also, heat up your metal eyelash curlers with a hairdryer just for a few seconds for a better and longer lasting curl, apply mascara to bottom lashes first, then the top lashes so it doesn't smudge on top :o)

i have found that if i stick my tube of mascara into a cup of hot water, while i apply the rest of my makeup, it goes on more smoothly and doesn't "clump" and it also helps it to last all day long. Try it!!!

If you rub the eyelash curler with a towel for a few minutes it helps the lashes to curl better and last longer. It also cleans any oils that may have been left on them when you used them last. The oils can prevent lashes from curling too.

I agree with the person below me, I am quite fair and use brown mascara during the day, it looks more natural if your eyelashes are fair to begin with. But definatly always black for evening :)
