Hello my name's Laura Bliss, I've been a nail technitian for the past twelve years now. I'm currently teaching at the London School Of Beauty Therapy. So to maintain fiberglass or silk, you would get someone to come back for an infill every two weeks.

So just place some more resin onto the cuticle area around here where it's grown out. And then every third infill, you would need to apply some more fiberglass in the cuticle area.
