People who take that complain of, you know, feeling a bit out of it and it is a very strong painkiller also just by prescription and what also helps is the pain is severe and, you know, for chronic is a Diazepam. It is a muscle relaxant but also, again, you can only take it at night because it does make you drowsy and also Tryptaline which is regarded as an antidepressant is very very good for chronic neck pain. Also, it could be prescribed by your GP.
Now if you have just have a bit of pain, you can use lotion which contains like Diclophenac. It is anti-inflammatory; you can rub it in to the muscles. Also ice, ice is a very good remedy which you can keep on for at least twenty minutes on the affected area.
Also heat, better damp heat, it's not just a bag of beans that you microwave in the oven. You take hot water bottle and put it into a damp towel and then you put that on your neck. So, you can see there is quite a lot of remedies that you can use.
