Nerve Pain Explained

Step 1: C Section
Let’s learn where nerves can possibly refer pain.
C1 - C stands for Cervical: Back of head area.
C2: Various areas of the head.
C3: Side and front of neck.
C4: Upper back and neck area.
C5: Middle of neck and upper part of arms.
C6: Lower part of neck, arms, and even down to the elbow region.
C7: Lower part of the arm, shoulder.
Step 2: T Section
T1, T stands for Thoracic: Go down to the hand, the wrist, the fingers, even to the thyroid.
T2: It can go to the heart area, the heart valves, coronary arteries.
T3: Go to the lungs, bronchial tubes, pleura, and chest area.
T4: Go into the gallbladder, common ducts.
T5: Go to liver and solar plexus region.
T6: Stomach, mid-back area, around here.
T7: Pancreas and duodenum.
T8: Spleen and lower mid- back.
T9: Adrenal glands, around here.
T10: Kidneys, right around here.
T11: Ureters, around this region.
T12: Small intestine and upper/lower back.
Step 3: L Section
L1, L for lumbar: Iliocecal valve, right around here in the anterior part, and the large intestine. More anterior but it goes up like this.
L2: Appendix, right around this area, abdomen, and upper leg.
L3: Sex organs, uterus, bladder, and it can even go down to the knee region.
L4: Prostate gland and lower back.
L5: Sciatic nerve, lower legs, ankles, and it even goes down to the feet region.
Step 4: Sacrum and Coccyx
Sacrum refers to the Hipbones and buttocks.
And the Coccyx refers pain to the rectum and the anus.
