Fruit juices and smoothies are a great way to get your five a day, as well as being delicious drinks in themselves! In this step by step guide you will learn how to make an orange, pineapple, mango and passion fruit smoothie.

Ingredients
- 200 ml orange juice
- 140 g frozen fruit
Step 1: Add The Fruit
Pour 200ml of orange juice into a blender. Add 140g of prepared frozen fruit, using equal amounts of pineapple, mango and passion fruit.
Step 2: Blend And Serve
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute and pour.
