Parkour: Dash Vault
The Dash Vault is a hard move to learn in Parkour. VideoJug are here to help you along with this simple film showing the basics to this new urban sport.
This involves running at an object at waist height, and throwing the legs over feet first in one clean jump by leaning back. The athlete then places their hands on the wall slightly behind them as they pass over it. This is a difficult move as there is no support or help from the hands until the last minute.
Please note that the techniques shown here are intended as examples of Parkour moves, as opposed to being actual 'tutorials'. They are performed by a professional athlete. Beginners and less experienced people wishing to get into Parkour should seek out an academy to learn from the professionals.
