Parkour: Flag
Our Parkour expert Blue of Urban Freeflow is here to show VideoJug users how to perform the flag in the urban sport of Parkour. Come to love this amazing sport with VideoJug's help.
The flag is performed on lampposts and sign posts, with one hand above the other. By pushing with the bottom hand and pulling with the top, it is possible to hold the body outright or with the legs pointing up to resemble a flag. This move is particularly hard as it requires a lot of upper body strength.
Please note that the techniques shown here are intended as examples of Parkour moves, as opposed to being actual 'tutorials'. They are performed by a professional athlete. Beginners and less experienced people wishing to get into Parkour should seek out an academy to learn from the professionals.
