Parkour: Reverse Vault

Ever wanted to learn how to perform Parkour properly? Well VideoJug is here to help. Watch these videos and become and expert in this up and coming urban sport. This film shows you how to do the Reverse Vault.
-
This vault involves placing one hand facing forward on a waist height object, and the other at an in turned angle. This is then used to turn the body 360 degrees before landing on the other side of the wall facing the direction the athlete started in. This is an alternative way to get over the likes of rails and walls, instead of the more straight forward Kong vault.

Please note that the techniques shown here are intended as examples of Parkour moves, as opposed to being actual 'tutorials'. They are performed by a professional athlete. Beginners and less experienced people wishing to get into Parkour should seek out an academy to learn from the professionals.
