Here is a simple but advanced Pilates move. With the swan, be sure to always warm up first so you don't hurt yourself.
I'm going to show you how to do the swan or the swan dive. This is an advanced exercise. Do warm up well before hand.
Lengthen from the top of your head to your feet. Keep your neck in line with your spine and breathe. Lengthen your head away from your tail.
Lengthen your legs away. Keep looking slightly up. Tummy, pelvic floor, and breathe.
