Step 10: Breaking your diet is normal

You are allowed to indulge yourself once in a while eat healthily most of the time.

    These are great tips. Not skipping meals are so important. I've known so many people think by starving themselves really works. You just end up having binges later on

Although mentioned in the video, I would have emphasized more on the subject of eating regular meals every 3 to 4 hours, since many people think that if you eat more than 2 meals a day they will get fatter.
