Shooting On The Move

This tutorial will guide you through some easy to learn football essentials . In this film we show you some drills to improve your shooting technique which will greatly improve your game.

Pass the ball into a partner. Make sure your pass is accurate and weighted properly. Your partner should then put the ball back into your path as you advance to give you a shooting opportunity. Hit the shot first time. Hit the sot across the goalkeeper making sure it's on target.

Keep the same drill as before but this time have an extra player running in to score off a rebound if the keeper can only parry the shot. Make sure the shot is across the face of the goal so your partner can latch onto any rebounds or stray shots. Try to anticipate where the ball is going to give yourself an easy finish.

This time play the ball into your partner who will pass the ball down the line. Cross first time for the person in the box to score. The person in the box should anticipate the cross finishing off the move with the most effective shot or header.
