Storm The Beaches For Peace
On June 6, 2008, we will build on the legacy of the courage of D-day.
While we will be meeting at the end of Ocean Park Blvd., in Santa Monica, CA, we invite everyone to "storm" their local beach, and at 12 noon PST, we will take 10 minutes to pray for peace worldwide.

Step 1:
-
Normandy Beaches
-
There are two people in the world who'll die for you: your mother and an American soldier. Storming the beaches for peace is a movement that I decided to start because I felt that we forget sometimes the legacy of what we've been given, and this is about 10 minutes out of your day to stand and remember the boys who stormed the beaches in Normandy for us. Those who currently serve for us and those people who we will never meet because they died for us.
-
Step 2:
-
Appreciation
-
It's a conversation above politics. It just says thank you and we appreciate you and we stand with you. This is who we are. We are a nation based on standing up for what we believe in, and we believe in peace.

Step 3:
-
Peace
-
I'm asking people to join me on June 6th, 2008, at noon, Pacific time, at the beach in Ocean Park, California, at the end of Ocean Park, to take a stand for peace.
