From a stationary position play the ball from foot to foot using the insides of your feet. Try building up the speed gradually.

Keep playing the ball from foot to foot but this time after angle your foot so the ball is sent forward on the second touch. Practice the move with both feet.

Now try doing the move on the move. Dribble forward and then hit from foot to foot sending the ball forward.

Bring a defender in and try and beat him using the move. Then try going past him the other side using the other foot. When you get confident try putting your second touch through the defenders legs.
