BeautifulQueen82, just wanted to respond to your post. I took Naproxen and it caused 3 ulcers in my GI tract. I still have them but I had to be hospitalized. I was on it a whole week every month for 5 years. It worked, but unfortunately, I have an even bigger more costly medical problem. They tell you on the bottle not to take it long term, but my dr. prescribed it anyway. People need to be careful with this.

You said here in your video to reduce fluid intake. Whenever I'm on my period, I hardly ever eat, but I can't drink enough. I feel so dry that I probably down a gallon of fluid a day on my cycle. Is that something I shouldn't do? Is there something wrong with me not being able to eat? I also have PMDD. Does that have something to do with it?

I forgot to add if I cook anything with celery and it helps with my cramps. It works! Didn't you know that?

I usually take Naproxen when I have PMS cramps. Naproxen doesn't sell over the counter only through prescription. It works really fast and feels relieved for me but not for everyone. Another thing, I use hot pad lies on my lower ab and try to relax on flat comfortable surface at anywhere.
