Make sure the bag is airtight!

Process

Approximate the length of balsa, and then cut and make an ‘X’ shape. Use a piece of tape to secure the X.
Cut two birthday candles in half, and then peel away the wax to expose the wick. Make sure you use hot wax from another candle to ‘glue’ the half-candles. Secure all 4 ends of the balsa frame to the bag with tape. Then light the candles and check for leakage.
We’re good to go! It really does work! Drivers have actually seen these and reported UFOs…Probably because they DO look very weird in flight!
