What To Do If Your House Is Haunted

im living in a haunted house and the building was build 1850 we have a mother and daugtor they are grounded here

Iam living in a home over 5o years old. It is presently an Oxford house for women to have support in recovery. Coming out of treatment or prison. We have 12 women living here. omg I actually have a poltergeist in my house

i've lived in my house since nov 12 2007 and within 5 days on my wedding day infact i experienced my first encounter my bridesmaid and i heard a womans voice call out at the door but when we went to the door there wass no one there, pictures are thrown off the walls things are moved, there are shadows and colored swirls in my bedroom i've felt something sit on my bed i've seen a face hover above me in my bed,my bridesmaid has been touched on more than one occasion even my daughter says she has seen it, not to scare her i told her it wass a fairy from our garden cos she loves them my cats wont sleep in my6 room anymore and i have not had a restfull sleep since i moved in and every morning i wake up with a very sore back, and though nothing has ahppened to make me think it could hurt my kids i did ask it to leave particular areas of the house to us and that night i woke to hear a man scream 'i'm going to f''''king kill you' and heard someone get on my bed, i do think that i have to find out what to do

i personally am experiencing paranormal activity, yes it does scare me but i dont think it would hurt us, i will start talking to it just as richard said, i'll see what happens next.......
