That's good advice. I spilled a guy's beer once and bought a replacement, and he still got all hostile with me. I'm a girl too. I just went upstairs :)

The UK citizenship test is stupid. A lot of English people wouldn't know the answers, and many of the questions are ambiguous. Not all of it is like that though.

I work as a flight attendant. What do I do if I spill the passengers drink on him or her? Usually I go back to the galley and start laughing untill tears, but I really start to feel sorry about the passenger, specially if the drink was read wine.
