Every rating in cricket is relative and comparing one spinner with another can't be just. Warne is one of the all time great cricketers, why just a spinner. I have beautiful cricket video collection here: http://cricket2cricket.blogspot.com/

I will repeat my earlier comment that Tich Freeman was the greatest leg-spinner of all time (apart from Tobias Bradley)

"best when sum1 ova takes him they will be the best but i doubt tht will be 4 a long time." no, Muralitharan is only about 50 wickets behind Warne, and how long does it take muraly to get 50 wickets.

he only has the most wickets in tests. That doesn't make him 'da best eva', just the leading wicket-taker in test cricket. The best leg spinner was Tich Freeman of England.

HE'S ALRIGHT, BUT TOBIAS BRADLEY IS THE BEST LEG-SPINNER OF ALL TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY MAKE SO MUCH FUSS ABOUT THE 'BALL OF THE CENTURY' 'CAUSE TOBY DOES THAT ON ALMOST EVERY BALL HE BOWLS. WITH ENGLAND'S WORLD CUP PERFPRMANCE, THEY DEFINITELY NEED HIM IN THE SQUAD!! HE WOULD WIN THE ASHES ON HIS OWN!! HIS GOOGLY IS MILES BETTER THAN THAT OF STUART MACGILL, HIS FLIPPER IS BETTER THAN ANIL KUMBLE AND HIS SLIDER IS BETTER THAN WARNE'S!! A BIT OF ADVICE: NEVER TRY TO CROSS A CHASM IN 2 JUMPS AND NEVER EAT A TEA COSY. THE END

Definitely Shane is a great bowler. But not the best of all. I would say Murali is the best spinner in the world. You have to consider the critisism that Murali faced and is facing.
