Learn how to tame your winter hair with these amazing product that, Lisa, a master hair designer, suggests you use.
Today I'm going to be taking you through a series of videos include hair care tips, style product knowledge, and how to use certain hair equipment. I'm going to be giving some winter hair care tips today. Through the winter I would personally recommend Redken all soft.
Purely because it works on most textures of hair, gives you the moisture that you need without being to heavy on the hair. Okay. You can also do obviously the conditioner that goes with that.
You know, use these on every wash because they will, over time you will feel a massive improvement with that. I've also brought one of the treatment cups over, as well. This is smooth down.
It's slightly more moisturizing. So, if your hair is in very bad condition this is perfect for you. It's really good for hair that tends to get a lot frizzier, course dry hair, which is, obviously, a problem with winter.
I tend to find or go for things that kind of make your life easier when you blow dry. This one is an absolute favorite of mine. A
gloss look.
It's a really light serum beats the fears everyone has of serum. It's really soft hold. You can cut your blow drying time down by half if use properly.
Just a small amount. A 10 piece sized amount. So, between the middle links and ends of your hair.
And then obviously blow dry your hair as normal with your hair dryer. When if you are using curling tongs, flat irons anything like that this is absolutely essential that you use a heat protection spray. This is the easiest one to be using.
Only purely because the hold is so flexable and it's a really nice soft hold. Spray that on dry hair mid-lengths to ends then use your iron or tong. It depends on what one you're using.
Finishing wise you've got a couple different options. I've got Redken quick dry. If you're putting your hair, as well, in a ponytail or you're having a bit of a bad hair day and you need to kind of fix problems this is perfect.
Purely because it brushes out real easily and it's not wet and sticky and it's still a strong hold. But for everyone who wants who wants a little bit of gloss and a little bit of shine I recommend bed head hairbrush. Really light in product and texture.
Really easy to use. You can use it more than once during the day. Gives you a perfect little bit of shine and gloss.
Other little problems become apparent during the winter. You do sometimes tend to get a sore scalp anything like that if you are wearing a lot of hats are wearing
during the year. What you can also do in the sort of problematic sort of range, as well.
Scalp relief is perfect for that. If you do tend to get a little bit of inch and irritation which is normal when you're also suffering with your hair. This is perfect for that.
Obviously, you would just use that instead of your old soft, but you know, other things you can do if your hair is long and it tends to tangle really easily a loose
at night before you go to bed can help that in the morning. And also a bottle of water under your radiator will help stopping your hair from getting so puffy because it will just absorb some of the heat and the dry air. So, there you go.
Those are my winter hair care tips.
