When working the bags, start off by using a simple jab as a range finder. Tap with the jab, and then move in with the rear, moving your feet as you go. Throw a good mix of head and body shots. The bags are perfect for keeping fit, improving speed and foot work, and letting out aggression.

You should start by doing 4 sets at 2 minutes long each. You can then try 8 sets at 1 minute each. And then 12 sets of 30 second speed burts. This ensures that you developing your technique and stamina for all types of fight scenarios

    wtf the boxer got his arms down even if ur just practising on a bag u still need to cover ur face in a real fight his head 'd of been knocked off

    It means 8 one minute rounds. As in one minute constant punch bag work with a break in between (usually one minute break) 8 times. 12 second speed burst would be a burst of hard and or fast punching non stop for 12 seconds.

    You could've taught us some drills. I have no idea what's a "8 one minute" or "12 second speed burst".
