Also, pleaase don't let hairdressers use thinning scissors on your hair! Particularly if they put it high up. When you have frizzy hair, your hair tends to react all over, and when you have lots of layers, they push each other off. I never knew it before, so when I went to hairdressers, I came home with great hair, until I washed it. I looked like a lion.

Avoid heat! That means blow drying, straightening, curling, etc. If you really must, then as the comment below suggested, blow dry with your hair. Use it on the coolest settle possible, and use a diffuser too if you can. My hair used to be straight, but weather and high chemical water changed it, into a big frizz. My aunt recommended me a curler gel, and those work really well. I went from crazy hair to curly hair, and all it was was coming out of the shower, scrunching two bumps of almond sized curling serum into my hair. As the comment below suggested as well, condition your hair. What I do is I try to condition my hair everyday to keep it moist. Use a moisturizing balsam, and shampoo too. Now all I do is wash it. I don't even need to apply anything, it becomes curly by itself :). I've also heard that using drinking water before a big event for example, can make your hair shine more, because drinking water(bottled) has balanced pH. For me, if I want it straight - it's simple, perms, lol. Also, avoid dying your hair or using too many products at once on it. That could make it chemically damaged, which would make things, yep, you guessed, worse. Have a good day ^^

try a frizz control mousse or gel and when blow drying the hair blow with the hair not against it, that will only worsten the mess. If it is really, really crazy frizzy hair try using a flat iron to smooth the hair or a curling iron to define the untame curls you may have, what ever effect you wish. Above all else USE CONDITIONER! Ask your styles to recommend the best shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
