There are only two natural ways to actually reduce your breast size. The first is to tone up the muscles which hold them up. The second is to loose weight because part of your breast is made up of fat. Unfortunately it is possible to just have too much tissue there (like me 32G and not an ounce of fat). This is normally caused by having a little bit too much oestrogen in your body while in your teens; another side effect of this is painful periods, which is a good indicator of if it is tissue or fat. However you can also make your breasts look smaller by finding a good minimiser bra. Also it is always advisable to make sure that you are not retaining water, not only because it is held in the tissue but the constant taking on and loosing of it will make your breasts sag and thus look bigger.

Im thinking the only way to make your breasts look smaller is by doing upper body exercises that target your breasts specifically. Your These exercises should lift your breasts up slightly which inturn makes your breasts smaller. Then you can wear bra minimisers also make them look even smaller ..

Since the breast tissue is made up of mostly fat, any diet and exercise program that you stick to and practice daily can help reduce the size of your breasts. In the meantime, invest in a good minimizer bra. Many stores carry them, even inexpensive ones like Wal-Mart. They can make your breasts look up to two cup sizes smaller.

i would love my breats to be smaller i am caucasain & i am 16 i have a C but i would much wrather have a B; being a teen girl you'de think i would want larger breasts but its the opposite; i have heard that there is no real exercise to reduce breast size; but you would have to work the upper body in general. try googling a good exercise.
