Are There Companys In The UK That Supply Sponge Cakes To Order By Post?

I make wedding cakes etc and find my fruit cakes have become famous,where I live, and i get many orders for all sorts of cakes. but my sponge cakes let me down,they sink they go hard or all misshapen,what i would like to know is ---there anyone in the UK who can supply sponge cakes by post, that would not cost the earth so i could start earning some money !!
