BEARDED DRAGON

my bearded dragon has in the past had a perforated bottom. he actually had a small hole right above the bottom of his tail. he was then constipated. it cost me a fortune at the vet. now 6 mths. later it is happening again. i have been bathing himalot and still he is not going. i have this ointment to put on his wound but almost gone. anyone have ANY IDEAS. DON'T HAVE THE $ TO TAKE HIM IN???????????
