Set yourself a goal that you want to achieve by a certain time and concentrate on working towards it. You could also spend some of your time helping people less fortunate than yourself by getting involved and offering your services to charity, even keeping someone else such as someone lonely company for an hour a week or taking a disabled person shopping.
