One of my friend pay a quite expensive rent of £580 for a room in a house, where his landlady is living as well.. There is nothing written in the contract.. She just say recently that his family or girl friend can only stay 3 days maximum, and have to pay £10 a day each for others days they want to stay.. And she doesn't want that any friends of him come visiting him and stay for a couple of days. An other part is that he's doing a direct payment, and apparently the money is cashed bu her mum and not by the "landlady" which who he's living with. How can we know which is the real landlady?
