hi ! curl your eyelashes and apply mascara to both top and bottom lashes! This really makes a difference in opening up the eyes and defining those pretty eyes!then apply a white liner to your wetline!! and to complete the frsh and big eyed look stick to a shimmery neutral shadow to jst your lid and up to the crease! oh i forgot a step, always,always, always apply a pale cream color or a plar lemon shade to the tear duct i love this trick and when you begin to do it, you'll notice a differnce!
