Can I Sue My Home Owners Association For Not Enforcing The Rules Set Forth In Our Subdivision?

what if there is no association to enforce the city plat's against fences and sheds what can you do then? the city allows them our subdivision plat does not.

yes. you can sue them. most homeowners associtaions sue people on a regular basis for not complying.

You may, but certain procedural steps must be taken first (such as demanding a mediation). I am an attorney in downtown Los Angeles representing a homeowner in a suit brought against the HOA for failing to abide by the CC
