If the guy is single or not a player, then just ask him. I love it when girls asks me out, it is really flattering. Believe it or not, us guys won't always ask out the girl we like. The usual reason we don't ask out the girl we really like is because of the constant fear of rejection. In my case I have been in love with this one girl for more then three years now and I am still speachless when I am around her. I've gpne out with plenty of girls and asked out just as many as I've gone out with, but that girl is the only one that can make me speechless.
